Are You Creative Enough To Join Hyperdouraku's Contests?

Are the creative juices running again? Do you have something in mind that would wow other airsoft players that they would vote for your creation or photo? Do you want to honoured in Japan, the land of Airsoft? If you say YES to all of these, then better prepare yourself with Hyperdouraku's Airsoft contests where you will be pitted against some of the best custom work and photos sent in by the Japanese airsoft community.

We talked to Yas after reading his blog if these contests are only open to the Japanese players, since, well, the posting was in Japanese. Yas replied that it is open to anyone willing to contribute something and winners to be determined by popular vote. You can participate in either one or both contests so read more below:

Airsoft Gun Photo Contest 2011

This is now open. To submit your photos, please follow the mechanics below:

  1. Photos will be airsoft guns only (including model guns). Real firearms are not disqualified
  2. Photo size should be submitted in JPEG format and under 2MB per file
  3. Title of Photo
  4. Your Name, Age, and Gender
  5. Submit photos to [email protected]

To make sure that the photos you submit are you own photos, not somebody else's. If you need further clarification, please contact [email protected]. Photos will be decided with popular vote and Hyperdouraku's photographer, Mr. Tomo Hasegawa, will also act as a judge.

Deadline for submissions will on 31 August 2011 at 2400H. Please assume the time difference and it will be on Japan time.

Custom Airsoft Gun Contest 2011

You do not need to send in your actual custom gun to be judged. Please follow the mechanics below:

  1. Submit a maximum of three photos for your custom airsoft gun
  2. Custom Airsoft Gun Title
  3. Your name, age and gender
  4. Description of your custom airsoft gun under 800 words.
  5. Send your submissions via email at [email protected]

There is no handgun category in this contest. Click on the following categories to check how custom guns are submitted as there are sample photos of customised airsoft guns:

  1. AR15/M4/M16 AEG Category
  2. Other AEG Rifles Category
  3. Gas Blowback Rifles Category
  4. Air Cocking Rifles Caetgory

Winner selection will also be by popular vote. Deadline for submissions will be on 31 August 2011, at 2400H.

Whilst there are no prices. The prospect of being honoured at the most read Japanese airsoft blog is something to look forward to. So send in your submissions and try to prove your mettle against the creative minds in the Japanese airsoft community.
