An American Badass Releases His New Book

Logan

Whenever we hear of Delta Force, the top secret US Special Forces unit, the first person that comes to your mind is Chuck Norris. Though with all the legends built around the Chuck Norris, he is not a real Delta member. But if you are thinking of who is a former Delta and can be seen working also in show business apart from being a security and fitness consultant, then the first person that comes to mind is Dale Comstock. As some would say, why get an actor for a Delta Force movie when you can get a real Delta?

The Delta Force is highly secretive that not much is written about them, as compared to the US Navy SEALs who are virtually well known as a unit around the world and even actively participate in making movies about the unit. Dale Comstock also worked with Chris Kyle, the American Sniper, in doing the reality TV series, Stars Earn Stripes, where they advised celebrities on weapons and tactics. He just released his own autobiography called "American Badass: The true story of a modern day Spartan."

Retired in 2001 after spending half of his military career in the Special Forces, 10 years as member of the Delta Force (1st SFOD), and 5 years with the Green Berets (3rd SFG), and before that was an infantry man with the LRRP of the 82nd Airborne Division. He is a Naturopathic Doctor who also has  a Masters degree in Business and Organizational Security Management, and teaches Henley-Putnam University. He has was twice decorated for valor and was part of the first successful hostage rescue mission in US Military history during  "Operation Just Cause" in Panama.

He is presently the President of Comstock Enterprises Inc. and Zulu-7 LLC.

"American Badass" is about his journey from childhood to being part of one the world's most elite and secretive military units though the book does not delve heavily into violence but more on his life experiences in the Special Forces and as a family man. The book also reflects his cockiness and being such a fearless warrior but also values loyalty, humility and patriotism. Even when he retired in 2001, he was still involved being a warrior in the War on Terror, being deployed to Afghanistan.

The whole book, to put simply is Dale Comstock's life journey to being an American Badass.

"American Badass: The true story of a modern day Spartan" book is now available at Amazon.com in Paperback and the Kindle e-Reader. You can also follow him on Facebook.
