It's a week before the start of the IWA & Outdoor Classics 2014 in Nuremberg, Germany and the second international event that we see many airsoft companies in under one roof after the SHOT Show in Las Vegas. Apart from airsoft, we see many offerings from the firearms and outdoor industries and thus, there is a lot to look forward to in Germany next week.

For the airsoft community and industry, it's also a time to get together and update each other on what's happening in the airsoft front. Now on its third year, the Airsoft Meetup has become a must attend gathering for airsoft at the IWA & Outdoor Classics.

One of the parts of the Airsoft Meetup is the Airsoft Players' Choice Awards Ceremony. It is a small part of the gathering where we get to present the award to the winners.

Thus, we would like to advise the winners who will be attending the IWA & Outdoor Classics 2014 to inform us as soon as they can. This would allow us to prepare the number of Salvers to bring to the Airsoft Meetup. Even if you show up at the event, you might not receive your Award if you haven't confirmed with us.

If you have not signed up for the Meetup, it's best to do now as there is  a limit to the number of seats available at the Hong Kong Room at Nuremberg Messe. Also, you would need your trade show ticket as the ticket to the Airsoft Meetup will not guarantee you entry to the IWA & Outdoor Classics 2014.

Sorry for making it sound complicated, but in a nutshell:

1. Trade Visitor Ticket to IWA & Outdoor Classics which we assume you already have;
2. Book your ticket at the Airsoft Meetup; and
3. Confirm with us you will pick-up your 4th Airsoft Players' Choice Awards at the Airsoft Meetup.

If you are not an Awardee but would like to attend the Airsoft Meetup, you are more than welcome as there are various presentations by Airsoft Companies and at the same time you get to rub with the Who's who in airsoft, especially in Europe.

If you won't be able to make it. We will need your shipping address so we can ship the salvers to you so contact us as soon as you can.

Just don't forget, the Airsoft Meetup will be on the 9th of March 2014, from 1300 to 1615H at the Hong Kong Room during the IWA & Outdoor Classics 2014.
