After all the episodes covering the PVS-14, other night vision systems, and mounting options for night vision systems, TNVC now moves to another way of improving sighting and target acquistion. Whilst they always recommend IR lasers to work with Night Vision Systems, sometimes it's not possible, and for civilian users, there are laser sighting systems that can be used. Class 1 Lasers are recommended since such lasers are safe to use in various conditions of normal use.

In this episode of the TNVC University, they explain the three types of night vision options: the head-mounted goggle system, dedicated weapons scope, and clip night sight. A PVS-31 goggle system is shown in the demo and how it will work with IR laser when targeting; whilst that massive scope is a 4x night vision weapons scope; and the clip on night sight is a night vision system that will work in tandem with your weapon sights. Now are on the the seventh episode of TNVC University, which is a series of tips from The Night Vision Company which were posted in May of this year. Whilst they have gone through mounting options for the PVS-14 Night Vision System, they now discuss various ways of mounting with all those helmets which are available in the market these days.

With many ways of using the PVS-14 Night Vision System, whether you mount it for the head as a night vision monocular or as a weapons mount in combination with sighting systems and magnifiers. But there are limitations to weapon mounting as shown by TNVC... "There are limitations to mounting a PVS-14 to a rifle. We discuss some of those limitations."

This is the fifth installment of the TNVC University covering the PVS-14 Night Vision Device. Three episodes cover mounting options for the PVS-14 with the last episode discussing head mounting options for it.
