I've kept hearing about this Kill Cliff "Sports Recovery Drink" since I haven't actually touched any type of energy drink in my life. So I checked out their website and read about it being used by US Navy SEALs and MMA Fighters. Kill Cliff was actually developed by a former US Navy SEAL with the aim of low calorie, recovery aid, and can be taken daily. It's also called an "anti-inflammatory supporting drink" which would help in fighting pain whilst recovering.
