The main product announce by Tokyo Marui during the 58th All Japan Model & Hobby Show was the Tokyo Marui MK18 Mod1 NEG. This is equipped with Block 2 parts and since it is a Next Generation AEG, it has the electric recoil and blowback features that many airsoft players want. LCT Airsoft now got good news for their customers as their AK Electric Blowback (EBB) Series will soon be available next month. Tthe EBB kit for existing LCT AK AEGs will be released too so owners of LCT AK AEGs can get this option to experience the EBB feature.
Tokyo Marui has reintroduced back into the airsoft market the AK74MN New Generation Recoil and Blowback AEG. This is the first AEG from the Japanese manufacture that has this features when it was first revealed in 2017. Mach Sakai checks the AEG for accuracy using 0.2 and 0.25g BBs at distances of 10 to 40 metres.
The first of the Tokyo Marui New Generation Blowback and Recoil AEG series, the Tokyo Marui AK74MN NEG will be available in the market again starting on the 19th of June 2018. First released in 2007, it is the first AEG with the Version 9 Gearbox that has its own gearset that is not compatible with the Version 3 Gearbox. It comes with a 74-round magazine and has a aluminium diecast lower receiver and a folding stock.

Mach Sakai takes another MP5-J AEG and it's the CYMA CM049J. This has an electric blowback feature. The standard CM049J has an initial muzzle velocity of 440fps but this version has been downgraded to meet Japanese limits. Mach Sakai checks it out for operation, externals, and performance in a steel challenge.
One of the pistols that will be released by Tokyo Marui and on display at the 57th All Japan Model & Hobby Show is the Hi-Capa 4.3 EBB. This is an AEP of the popular Hi-Capa pistol and has Electric Blowback Features. For those who prefer to use batteries than gas, then this is a good option as a sidearm in airsoft games.
