The U.S. Army's new Modular Handgun System is based on the P320, though Sig Sauer says it is not affected by this problem.

The U.S. Army's selection of the Sig P320 as the winner of the XM17 Modula Handgun System still got its critics even if the GAO has already upheld the decision and rejected the protest filed by Glock, the losing finalist in the bidding.
