The previous Cavalvy Headsets were made for higher-end Kenwood and Motorola Radios and utilise the 2-pin headset plugs typical in higher end 2-way radios.
New tactical radios are available at the UK-based online tactical gear retailer, Tactical Quartermaster: Kenwood TK-3201, Vertex Standard VX-146, Motorola XTN446, and the Motorola XTR446. These are transceivers for the European PMR446 service, and are good choices for tactical communications.
