We've stumbled unto this interview with David Purchase, one of the creators of indie film Escape from the City 17. This is an indie film that is said to be going to have a breakout chance into the big screen. This indie film was made with a budget of CDN$500, roughly US$315, cheaper than a lot of high-end airsoft guns. What helped in achieving this budget is the use of airsoft guns in the movie. Not bad for an indie film eh?
