According to Public Enemy, after a wake-up call by Hong Kong Police in raids last week, airsoft shops in Hong Kong are now proactively going to test all gun orders that they meet local fps limits at below 2 joules or 465fps and if they don't meet such, they will then be downgraded (or replaced with one that meets the limits) before shipped out. If your country has lower fps limits, why not take the opportunity to have your order downgraded too as a free service?

Big Dragon E9600-XEON Mini Precision Chrono is now available at Airsoft Park for US$78.99 with free shipping. It has a rechargeable battery so no need to worry about carrying more batteries as long as it does not run out of juice in the field. It can measure muzzle velocity, firing kinetic energy, shooting distance, and can operate at -10 degress to +50 degrees celcius centigrade. It may measure rounds per minute (RPM) as seen at its faceplate.
Does this chrono from RSOV.com look familiar? Though this one is rechargeable and must have been purpose-built for UK players (the plug). It doesn't seem to show balls per second though according to the specs... Low cost chrono from Evike.com... "This is a professional chrono used to measure the firing speed, muzzle velocity, fire joule of bb gun and Airsoft guns.
