Elias Morales is alive. Either you capture him alive or protect him, depending on whose side you belong to. Find him in the jungles east of Manila, where he is slowly putting together his gun running activities after escaping death during Operation BOLO almost a year ago. As he had met some Japanese Kin No Yuri operatives in Manila, the opportunity to revive his business together became too tempting for him and he has to supply arms and materiel to the Timawa rebels off the island state of Maharlika to be paid for by the Kin No Yuri.

The Philippine government has some hazy intelligence regarding the whereabouts of Morales, after receiving reports that he is now in the Philippines. Luckily, one antique dealer in Manila have heard about Morales, having the latter visit his shop and had a chance meeting with Kin No Yuri representatives there and sent more information to the government which immediately put a tail on Morales. With whatever information it can lay its hands on, the government has sent some special force units to go after him and bring him back to justice.

The Kin No Yuri has gotten tips from its well-paid and highly-placed contacts in the Philippine government of this plan, and has determined to give Elias Morales the protection he needs as he is crucial to their own objectives.

At a hideout at the foot of the Sierra Madre Mountains, Philippine operatives are out there to get Elias Morales, and the Kin No Yuri are there to frustrate them.
