Included in these new items is the Tokyo Marui  SIG P226 Chrome Gas Blow Back pistol.  According to Wikipedia, the real steel The Schweizerische Industrie Gesellschaft (SIG)-Sauer P226 is a full-sized, service type pistol originally chambered for 9 mm Luger. Its design is based on the venerable SIG-Sauer P220. The P226 has come to be known as one of the most distinguished combat pistols in existence because of its reliability and durability.

Type: Chrome version of the already proven Marui P226. Although of plastic construction, the silver effect is highly impressive. This added to the crisp blowback and high reliability, makes this gun an excellent all round pistol.

Construction:

• Metal: Hammer, trigger, magazine.
• Plastic: slide, grip, lower receiver.

Accessories:

• Magazines are available in: 25 rounds.
• The Sig P226 can accept lasers and lights to aid your aim via an the accessory rail system located under the forward section.

Performance

• BB Speed: Approximately 290-300 fps.
• As with all gas airsoft guns, power will vary according to temperature.
• Gas: Recommended to use: 134a Summer Gas/ Green Gas.

Cons

• If you are interested in a full real weight pistol, then this product will be too light. However, an external metal kit can be added later on.
• The plastic slide can wear down if used with green gas on warm days. Eventual side effects may include a fractured slide. To avoid this, always refrain from using green gas when the temperature is above 20’C.

• For maintenance of this product, we recommend the application of silicone lubrication every 20 magazines of BBs. (DO NOT use any oil based spray such as WD40 as this will corrode the rubber seals).
