"Dear Sir, We have to take this opportunity to say thank you to all our customers supporting and advising RSOV.COM keith and RSOV in the past to make us grow strong. As under the effective of VCR bill in U.K. on October 01 We have stopped taking orders from U.K. for complete airsoft guns and replicas to protect both of us and our valuable customers in U.K. preventing the package from being confiscated or destroyed by customs under the ban.

Also we have to say SORRY to those customers who didn't obtain our good services that they should have ... My team and myself have been working day and night in the past weeks to proceed triple of gun orders of our daily normal operation. As a result we have missed the chance to reply tens of urgent enquiry from our customers regarding technical problems, order status as well as tracking no.

After September 15 our work load should be significantly lowered and we will have a few more days to complete all gun orders from U.K. that were placed before September 15 and get them all shipped within next week. If we cannot proceed the U.K. gun orders before September 18 we will arrange global express service with no extra cost to make sure you can have your gun on time before the ban.

During these weeks part of our stock have been cleared by the mass influx of orders so some accessories maybe backordered. But we have shipped your guns due to the ban and the short-shipped items will be followed in a few days.

Also we have received very valuable comments and advices for shipping in the past so will have a big change in shipping arrangement next week and will post the details on www.rsov.com.
