"Last year, the forces of TASK FORCE ALPHA, led by CSM Mark Collazos, and BRAVO COMPANY, under the leadershipp of legendary Ranger MSG "Mad Max" Mullen, fought each other to a standstill. In the intervening 12 months, a sense of detente has settled on the African nation of Zimbabwe. While maintaining a main Forward Operating Base in the hinterlands of the country, TASK FORCE ALPHA has kept a tight lid on the insurgency by posting smaller detachments of troops in combat outposts in the major population centers, ensuring a quick reaction to any violence. Meanwhile, BRAVO COMPANY has strengthened their positions. While work for the Zimbabwe Mining Consortium has continued, BRAVO COMPANY means to make sure no one can take the positions from them.

But conflict looms. The people of Zimbabwe are growing more and more resentful of the Zimbabwe Mining Consortium. Despite the promise of jobs and a booming economy, the people of Zimbabwe remain poor with many working hard in the mines for a meager wage. Protests are becoming a regular occurence, with some turning violent. In the face of this growing opposition, the Zimbabwe Mining Consortium has directed BRAVO COMPANY to adopt a more aggressive stance. Their operations have shifted from being purely defensive to striking out and putting down leaders of the protest groups and grabbing more and more land for the Zimbabwe Mining Consortium.

The offensive nature of BRAVO COMPANY'S tactics have not gone unnoticed. TASK FORCE ALPHA has once again been called into the fray. Leading a Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force distributed throughout the Area of Operations, their job is simple: put BRAVO COMPANY back in their place and prevent all-out war from further ravaging the country of Zimbabwe.

OPERATION LION CLAWS MILITARY SIMULATION SERIES is proud to present their flagship game, OPERATION LION CLAWS XIX! The forces of TASK FORCE ALPHA and BRAVO COMPANY will once again descend on George Air Force Base to take part in one of the largest military simulation games in the United States. Retired Command Sergeant Major MARK COLLAZOS will once again take the reins of TASK FORCE ALPHA, using his experience gained from decades in US Army special operations to lead a Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force. He'll be opposed by BRAVO COMPANY, a mercenary company made up of the nearly fanatical followers of retired Ranger Hall of Fame inductee, retired Master Sergeant "MAD MAX" MULLEN.
