Airsoft Station sent in news about the Operation Hive, an event they will be hosting with KWA Tactical League that will take place on 16 July and interested players can get their tickets now... "On July 16th, Airsoft Station and KWA Tactical League are launching OPERATION HIVE at Twin Cities Airsoft, marking their invasion of the Midwest. This two-day event, in partnership with Airsoft Station, will begin with a brand expo event at the Airsoft Station store on Saturday, July 15th, followed by the ALL DAY Operation Hive event from 9:30am-4pm on Sunday, July 16th.

In a future where proxy wars in Eastern Europe have ground to a halt, NATO and RUSFOR factions have become deadlocked, and the outcome of the war hangs in the balance. NATO insurgency efforts have led them to a group of heavily armed civilian freedom fighters within contested territory. NATO will attempt to connect with the resistance fighters and rally them to fight for control of their land.

Participants can choose from three factions: NATO, RUSFOR, and CIVILIAN. Teams will compete to take control of the map and assert their dominance on the opposing team. NATO and RUSFOR factions will engage in traditional head-to-head objective-based games, while CIVILIANS will complete guerilla-style side missions to help their counterparts inflict damage on the invading RUSFOR forces.

Uniform requirements will be strictly enforced. ALL NATO forces must wear Tan, including all tan variants and multicam. RUSFOR forces must wear green, including all green variants and black. Civilian forces will wear civilian-operator attire such as flannel shorts and button-down shirts. NATO and RUSFOR players should have matching tops and bottoms and helmet covers or head coverings that match their faction. All other gear and equipment such as plate carriers, belts, and boots can be any color but should blend with the aesthetic of your chosen loadout and faction.

This event features full-force, zero-MED games, class-based loadouts, a unique perks system, and open matchmaking gameplay. Experience for yourself why Tactical League is taking the airsoft community by storm.

To participate, ALL PLAYERS must fill out the linked registration form to secure their class. It's crucial to ensure you and everyone you want to play with put down the same team affiliation when registering so that you can be grouped together. Tickets WILL NOT be sold on gameday. Ticket purchase gets you into the Airsoft Station expo, and you will also be able to buy gameday tickets at the expo. The expo's end on Saturday will be the final cutoff for ticket sales.

Our matchmaking system will be utilized for this event, focusing on team balancing and providing players with the best gameplay experience available at any public airsoft park. The game will be preceded by a product expo at Airsoft Station's Retail store in Oakdale, Minnesota.  At the expo you will find the hottest products from major brands like KWA, Amped Airsoft, PTS, and more!  There will also be local players and vendors with unique items you won't find anywhere else.  You'll also get a chance to meet members of the KWA Tactical league and Airsoft Station.
