Its unique "reactive" nature allows it to automatically flex with your movement, expanding and retracting via shock cord to maintain a secure yet unrestrictive fit, whether you're breathing hard, bending, or twisting. This design feature means the carrier can be worn snugly without hindering movement or breathing, and users can make quick micro-adjustments to the tension via barrel cord locks to accommodate different clothing or sizing needs. Initially developed for the upcoming LV-120 plate carrier, this highly requested upgrade is being released as a standalone product now, though it will be included with the full LV-120 Kit upon its launch.

Constructed from CURV thermoplastic composite material, nylon laminate, and First Spear Tubes, the Reactive Cummerbund is extremely robust yet lightweight. Its versatility is enhanced by two modular pieces that slide and lock together with a secure keeper, creating a highly adjustable, one-size-fits-most system. This design eliminates the need for different sizes by allowing for a wide range of adjustments without tools, capable of shrinking down to the equivalent of a former size 1 cummerbund or expanding to a size 2. The front features 4 columns by 3 rows of MOLLE that taper down to 2 columns as you reach the adjustment limit.
