It has a zippered pocket for gloves, a Velcro® panel for a med patch, and a two-way zippered main compartment with soft Velcro lining that can be customized with included strips. You can also store large flat dressings in the rear pocket, shears and TCCC cards in the flap pockets, and more equipment in the side pockets with laser-cut MOLLE/PALS compatible system.
