The SVD Sniper Ultra Grade Rifle is an electrically operated firearm. It primarily uses Zinc Alloy and Nylon fiber as materials to minimize the weapon's weight.

One of its notable features is the quick spring changing designed gearbox, which enables users to replace the spring and adjust the shooting power within seconds.

The firing mode can be switched between SEMI/AUTO using the button near the trigger area.

A built-in side rail is present on the left side of the receiver for mounting a magnification scope. The rifle comes with a 200-round steel magazine and a detachable cheek pad.
