DeltaSays' WE Airsoft Glock 17 Silver Review

In this review, DeltaSays presents the WE Glock 17 Silver that has returned to the market after a long absence. The model features a Gen 4 design characterized by a textured grip and a larger magazine release button, which might be a bit too enthusiastic for some users. The pistol is constructed with a metal slide and a polymer frame, and it comes with adjustable backstraps to accommodate different hand sizes, or perhaps just to give you more plastic parts to keep track of.

Technical testing shows the pistol delivers a consistent performance of around 300 FPS, which is sufficient for reaching targets at reasonable distances. DeltaSays demonstrates the blowback action and the functional slide stop, noting that the trigger has a clear reset point. While it can technically lob BBs toward the 50-meter mark, it is really designed for precision within 10 meters—roughly the distance where you can still see who you are aiming at without squinting.

Maintenance and environmental conditions are highlighted as important factors for the longevity of the internal components, particularly the hammer system and nozzle housing. These parts have a tendency to get cranky and break in cold weather, so he  suggests using the pistol in t-shirt weather to keep everything running smoothly. Ultimately, the video suggests that while the hobby is getting more expensive, it remains a legal and accessible way to practice shooting skills without the paperwork required for the real thing.
