Evike.com Launches X-Trainer Tactical Training Series

Evike X-Trainer

“Airsoft Cross Training/X Training” was first coined by Travis Haley of Haley Strategic Partners (HSP) over a decade ago. With Travis’ endorsement that is a very viable tool for tactical training for real steel shooters, airsoft got more attention from that community which before ignored it as just a toy for wannabe soldiers.

Even with that endorsement and further expounding by Travis just to drive the point across, the airsoft community has not come out with a coherent program to formally put a cross training program that both airsofters and real steel shooters can appreciate. It is such an opportunity that we wondered why it took years before someone really took a hard look at it and eventually come up with a series.

Evike.com, which is probably the Walmart of the airsoft retail business, decided to come up with its X-Trainer Tactical Training Series to tap this opportunity. It is able to marshal its resources and with already owns one of the most successful Airsoft YouTube Channels, Evike TV. Hosted by Matt with assistance of George and his marketing team, the channel already has almost half a million subscribers that is still growing organically.

So what does the X-Trainer Series offer to both airsoft players and real steel shooters? Here is what they say in their trailer announcing the series:

Evike.com, in sponsorship with Elite Force, is proud to announce a brand new tactical training series, X-Trainer.  This revolutionary series was created to help bridge the gap between Airsoft and Real Firearms by showcasing Airsoft products being used effectively as a viable training platform for real firearms training.  Airsoft offers a very safe, cost effective, and realistic tool for tactical training.

In this 8-part series of Season 1, active law enforcement instructors, GrimCMV and Milspec_Mojo, give invaluable training techniques and advice in manipulating both your primary rifle and your secondary pistol.

Stay tuned for a brand new episode every week!

For the next eight weeks, we got something new to watch and learn from. As it is Season 1, we expect that it will become a regular series for the long term if they get the numbers in term of viewers and subscribers. But regardless of such numbers, we do have some expectations that we get to have a substantial understanding and even deeper learning of the tactics of some of the best in industry have to offer to both shooting communities.

Hopefully, they get to explore and develop further X Training concept that Travis put forward. So good luck to Evike.com on Season 1 of X-Trainer.
