This is an non-airsoft posting, but we feel compelled to make this announcement. The Philippines got hit by a Typhoon "Ondoy" (International Code: Ketsana) with floods submerging 80% of Metro Manila, the capital, and affected much of the nearby provinces. The flood waters are said to be worse than Hurricane Katrina, and the body count is just starting to pile up.

Many have lost homes, properties and love ones. The Philippine government is swamped with many calls for rescue, support, and assistance. Many Aid groups are now calling for assistance, be it local or international. If you want to donate something, you can follow the advisory posted by the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
