Update 13 September 2007: Our apologies to those who tried to answer the survey but found the survey has closed. It is again open as we upgraded the surveymonkey.com account to  be able to accept more responses... Now it's time to take a survey of airsoft players regarding their online purchasing experiences. We're hitting the "xxxxber" months now, and the countdown to Christmas has now started. Personally, I would like to give myself a christmas gift by buying from any reputable airsoft retailer online (although I wouldn't mind somebody generous enough to send me either a Systema Challenge or RedWolf Challenge kit for Christmas, but that's wishful thinking). We think it's important to know how airsoft players feel about buying online.

Again, on a personal note, I had problems and issues buying online. In our search for the right item to complete a certain wannabe look, we go online and check online airsoft retailers if they have items in want. Sometimes you find these at some obscure website somewhere in Asia, or just a few miles from your skirmish site.

That's the good thing about the Internet, you check prices and products online, especially items for airsoft which you cannot just buy at any shop in the high street. Airsoft players are very much dependent on using the internet to collect their gear, and spend a lot of money purchasing products here and there, as long as they get the right item they need for their next skirmish.  Airsoft players are what we can say, more of the special collector types, who spend bigger amounts since airsoft products are not "mass-produced, mass-consumer" items. But have online airsoft retailers treated them with respect for all the money they bring in collecting airsoft gear? That's what we're here to find out.

The survey is simple, just a bunch of 10 questions to give ourselves an idea on how satisfied airsoft players are when purchasing products online. We'll be running this until the end of the 1st week of October and send the results out on 2nd week of october.

We do hope that the results will help improve our online shopping experience at airsoft retailer sites.
