It looks like 2022 is a good year for those who yearn for 1911 pistol releases as another well-known boutique shop announces its first line of 1911 pistols. Vudoo Gun Works, more known for its top-notch rimfire rifles, announces the release its Möbius 1911 series.

The Möbius 1911 series is comprised of four handguns with the first three chambered in .45ACP or the .9mm while the fourth and soon to be releases use .22LR rimfire cartridges given the company’s expertise in rimfire rifles.

The .45/9mm pistols all sport the classic 1911 look and are offered in either classic stainless, classic black or two-tine colours. The .22LR is more distinct as it features slide mounted top rail for mounting optics and the company said that a 22lr slide assembly with magazine will also be available as a conversion kit to the standard Möbius 1911.

For target acquisition the first three all have Novak LoMount adjustable rear sight with plain black front blade. The .22LR has FCW Adjustable Sights. The pistols use the Vudoo G10 Grips or the Vudoo Rosewood Double Diamond Grip. The .45ACP versions will come with 2 .45 ACP – Chip McCormick & Wilson Combat 8rd Magazines and the 9mm version will have 2 Chip McCormick & Wilson Combat 10rd Magazines. The .22LR will come with 2 magazines.

The .45/9mm Möbius 1911s are already available to order with MSRP of $2,995. The .22LR version’s release date and pricing remain to be determined. For airsoft companies looking for a pistol series to be licensed, the Möbius 1911 series can be a good candidate.

Vudoo Gun Works Announces The Mobius 1911

Now for the twist…staying true to our rimfire roots, the fourth model is a target .22lr of the highest standard. The target .22lr has its own proprietary adjustable sights, slide-mounted optic ready pic rail, and ships with two magazines. The .22lr slide assembly with mag will also be available as a conversion kit to the standard Möbius 1911.
