The airsoft industry is a dynamic and diverse field that offers a variety of products, services, and experiences to airsoft players. To celebrate and recognize the best of the best in the industry, Popular Airsoft hosts the annual Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards and will now be on its 14th year.

The 14th Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards is a global event that invites airsoft players from all over the world to nominate and vote for their favourites in different categories, such as Best Airsoft Gun, Best Airsoft Gear, Best Airsoft Event, and more. The 14th Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards gives players a voice in determining the winners.

The winners of the Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards are announced at a virtual awards ceremony which is broadcasted live on Popular Airsoft’s YouTube channel. The ceremony is a festive occasion that showcases the achievements and contributions of the airsoft community. The winners receive a prestigious Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards salver.

There are two phases in the awards process:

Nomination Period

(13 November - 11 December 2023)

For almost a month, airsoft players from all over the world can nominate their preferred candidates for different categories. They can choose to nominate in all or some of the categories, depending on their familiarity. The nominees with the most nominations, up to five per category, will advance to the Voting Period (Finals). The names of the finalists for each category will be revealed a week after the Nomination Period ends. Nominees can be eligible for more than one category if they fit the criteria.

Voting Period

(18 December 2023 - 15 January 2024)

The finalists can campaign for votes during the Voting Period. They can use various methods, such as posting news and forums, creating vlogs/blogs or podcasts, displaying Vote Badges on their websites, or announcing on social media sites. The finalists who receive the most votes in each category will win an award in that category. Airsoft players who vote will also have a chance to win prizes in a raffle draw.

The winners will be announced one week after the Voting Period ends. They will receive an email notification of their victory. Airsoft players who win raffle prizes will also be notified by email.

Both the Nomination and Voting Periods take place on the Popular Airsoft’s Airsoft Players’ Choice Awards Page (playerschoice.popularairsoft.com). Nominations and votes are cast on this page.
