Finally, we get to hear from Merlin Blogspot again and this time he's back with improved video reviews and he starts with the Ares ZShot M4e Smart AEG. He points the improvements done to the M4e AEG, showing a full metal body, rear wiring for nunchuck batteries in the stock, Zero lag trigger response system, reinforced gearbox, and more. A seven minute edited footage of Mindgame Production's Amerika IV from Merlin Blogspot. This is an airsoft event series in which players try to overthrow sixty years of German occupation of America. This is fiction in which the Third Reich won World War II. This was held last 25 January 2014 at Waynes' World of Paintball in Ocala, Florida.

Merlin Blogspot just uploaded the video of Wasteland 5 organised by Mindgame Productions and held last 16 November 2013 in Ocala, Florida. This event is the 5th installment of the successful Wasteland Series of MGP which is based on the "Fallout" video game which sets the game 200 years in the future after a global nuclear war.

Merlin Blogspot just posted yesterday on YouTube the Operation Sovereign Fury Official Action Video. This 4-minute contains some of the best battle scenes during the event which was held last 31 August to 1 September at the Guardian Center, Perry, Georgia. This event was organised by Mindgame Productions and features some of the best Milsim groups in the USA.

Merlin takes another of G&G's recent releases, the GK99 AEG for a review. He finds this blowback AEG to be solidly built, accurate, quality parts, and reliable. Impressed with the slim profile, he nevertheless finds the battery compartment too small as it's a chore to put even the flat lipo batteries inside. But overall, he recommends this AEG to any discerning airsoft skirmisher.

Another video showing Raptor1 Milsim in action during Mind Game Production's Operation Sovereign Fury as sent in by Merlin Blogspot. This video, titled "The Clean Sweep" the team commandeer a staff van to conduct a mission which was to clear a 3-story apartment during the event. See then maintain team cohesion as they work their way up to sweep the building and do window-to-window battle with the opposing force from another building.

In this video, Merlin presents the Lancer Tactical M4 CQB which he recommends to those who are starting or on a budget when getting into airsoft. He prefers the accuracy and feel of the AEG and it comes in a ready to skirmish package, with battery and a charger. He does not know how much one will be able to upgrade this AEG, but as a beginner's airsoft gun, he highly recommends it.

How do you fancy shooting it out within the confines of a ship that was used as the model for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3? Merlin Blogspot tells more... "Q1 2014: MindGame Productions returns to the water. Introducing Operation Poseidon Spear, an immersive MilSim experience on board a decommissioned USN LSD Ship. Players will be shuttled to the ship that was used as a model for MW3, where they will undergo various scenarios against a formidable OpFor with real world experience.

This is an intriguing teaser from MindgGame Productions about their Winter 2014 Operations. Whilst the "Winter" word is in the title, the setting of the video seems to show an area in the South, and people might think of a waterborne Milsim event. We'll know further when they release a full trailer during Operation Sovereign Fury which will happen during the Labor Day Weekend next week in Perry, Georgia, USA.

We have learned from a posting by Erik Hickly, Chief of Staff Lion Claws, that they have suspended Operation Trade Winds for the time being as they have to sort out the venue given issues at booking Fort Worden with finality, and originally scheduled for the September 27 to 29, 2013. Those who have already paid will be refunded. The problem here is fixing the date according to Erik in his post at the Lion Claws forum.
