For airsoft event organisers, here's an example of an After Action Report they can follow that is based on player's (read: customers) feedback. Raptor 1 Milsim posted this AAR fo the Milsim West Raid on Rostov which took place almost two weeks ago. The AAR, according to them has no Cadre (organiser) input and is purely from the player's viewppoints. This can help the organisers make improvements and corrections to their game organising process and structure.
