An always asked question is about using gas blowbacks during winter or cold weather conditions. Mr. Duffo takes up the question in this video if it is viable enough to use gas blowbacks... "In this video we will look on some tips on how to use Airsoft GBBR in winter."
MrDuffo got some pointers for airsoft players who plan on playing airsoft during winter. For someone who plays airsoft in one of the coldest places on earth, it pays to pay attention to what he says to keep you warm and safe when the temperature drops to zero.
A quick mag dump video of the Tokyo Marui AKX gas blowback rifle as done by Mr Duffo. The Tokyo Marui AKX Gas Blowback Rifle is an updated version of the company’s AKM GBB, which was the first gas blowback based on a Kalashnikov. The design allows for customization to meet airsoft player requirements, including the option to accessorize the AKX.
MrDuffo professes his addiction to using smoke grenades for airsoft use. Not because he inhales them, but they do have a tactical purpose such as providing cover for advancing or retreating players... "I've gotten addicted to smokes so fun to use if they wouldn't be only so expensive to use. I'm using Tokyo Marui MWS GBBR with 0.32 BBs."
The Tokyo Marui AKX Gas Blowback gets a taster of the Finnish countryside in mud and rain as MrDuffo brings it out to play... "First video of me using Tokyo Marui AKX GBBR. Fun little toy with a nice kick. I've changed power valve to bavtac valve to be under 1.2J limits. Now it shoots 0.9, maybe feels little weak have to tinker it more. Added bavtac magic hop nub and now AKX can easily lift 0.32BBs."
After unboxing the licensed Umarex Glock 17 Gen 5 GBB Pistol, here is what Mr Duffo says about it... "Before I doubted whether I needed a pistol at all, but @wernev4245 after testing a glock, I got the urge to get one. The Umarex Glock 17 gen5 is my first gas operated pistol and it's great. Snappy recoil and good trigger pull. Thanks to Werne for the safariland recommendation and it's an absolutely amazing case."
