The AEG is full metal and the concept stock may is not totally new as this is this the same stock that was first seen in ICS' first concept M4 AEG, the CXP-08 which is also available in full metal and the plastic sportline. This M4 does away the the CXP-08 full RIS handguard and goes back to the traditional M4 handguard.

crazyNCman digs the round hanguard of the ICS MP5SD which he says makes it easier to put in a battery and he explains it nicely that the design of the frontend of this AEG is based on the integrated receiver from the real steel one. And if prefer your MP5 to have a folding stock, this version does come with it. Good thing the battery compartment is empty when he removed the handguard with the magazine still inserted.
crazyNCman is lucky to get his hands on a pre-release copy of the Umarex HK417 AEG which is being made by Vega Force Company (VFC). The magazine is a translucent version showing some dummy rounds inside. This is the beefier brother of the HK416 since it fires the 7.62 round (real steel) but ergonomics wise, they share the same design principles.
crazyNCman's latest review covers the Jing Gong M8A3 AEG which is a full metal AEG from the most recognised ACM brand which fires at around 369-370fps out of the box which he finds it a decent performer. As in ACM packages, this comes with a single high capacity magazine, a wall trickle charger, and a generic battery to get you started.
