A quick review fby NerdGamer PH on the Tanaka Smith & Wesson M19 Airsoft Revolver... "Just a short video of a rare sight in the fields nowadays: Tanaka's interpretation of the venerable Smith and Wesson Model 19 revolver that was extremely popular back in the 70s and 80s. This short, 5 minute review covers the externals, chrono, performance, loading and unloading of this airsoft replica.

Another period airsoft gun review by Mach Sakai. For this review he has the Tanaka P08 Luger Midnight Gold Gas Blowback pistol which is a 1:1 airsoft copy of the World War II Pistol. This has a nice plastic finishing, with a gas operated toggle action just like in the real thing and comes with full markings. He finds it better to shoot it one-handed than having a two-handed weaver stance. He recommends it to be more of a display piece but can be used for some practice shooting from time to time.

Mach Sakai reviews the Tanaka Colt .380 Auto Gas Blowback Pistol which, if we can recall correctly, is now hard to find nowadays at airsoft retailers and some indicate that it has been discontinued This comes with full trademarks and follows the 1911 design, but is more compact and fires the .380 bullet, but for airsoft it's the 6mm plastic BB. This is a heavy weight gas blowback, that Mach Sakai finds fun to shoot and the finishing a good one.

Mach Sakai goes for something small for this review --- the 2-Inch Tanaka S&W M37 Airweight J-Police Revolver. This is a gas injected airsofr revolver with steel finish and heavyweight construction. The bullet-type housing chamber can carry up to 10 rounds of 6mm BBs and uses 134a Gas. Mach Sakai says it's for collectors and Cosplayers as using it for airsoft skirmishes can be tough but for indoors, it may still be enjoyable.

Hyperdouraku was able to get his hands on the Tanaka-Sanken Colt SAA Birdhead Grip Series. Expected to be released by Mid-April 2014, this is a collaboration between Tanaka Works and Sanken. Two versions will be released --- the 3inch and 4 3/4 in Silver Plated and Black colours. For revolver collectors, this will cost JPY26,800 tax included.
