A really interesting bit of news from Airbana as Gareth now has launched this free airsoft events management platform. We'll give this a try since we are also organising some events, and we suggest that you do too as it would be great to find airsoft events in under one umbrella... It's not a hardcore game, but a light event where it ends with a BBQ. If near the area, you might as well join these guys for some fun and just hope they are gonna raffle off the minigun.
New event being organised by Airsoft Panama on the 28 of March 2010 at the Event Barracks Espinar, Colon. Just check their Facebook page if you're in the area and want to join... "The player will have different roles, and although the place is small, lends itself to many types of missions are complicated by the structure of the barracks. Excellent area for snipers, assault and support. The fast and face are face to face. The missions will be explained on the day of the event, and also played the field.
It does not say airsoft explicitly, but then airsoft will be there with military reenactors participating in the 6th Jakarta Toys and Comic Fair 2010. They will have cosplayers actively participating at the event. To be held on the the 13th-14th of March 2010 at the Indoor Tennis Senayan, Jakarta, the Indonesian reenactors will be strutting their stuff on the second day. There will be an airsoft booth at the event too (I guess).
Hopefully, we see the Indonesian airsoft community giving a good and active participation to invite more people to the hobby.
