A battle of the Bizons at Team Blacksheep as they make a comparison of more affordable PP-19 AEGs that come from Echo1 USA Airsoft and Smart Team HK (S&T). It's back in time with Operation Black Shield 2014 held at the Giant Sportz SC Village. The Cold War is getting hot and threats of nuclear destruction to the U.S. and for those who swear loyalty to either the USA or the USSR, it's how to get the most advantage in defence of their homelands and it happened last 19 July 2014. Echo1 USA were there and here's their short video of their participation in the event.

Team Blacksheep takes the Echo1 Genesis VIKTOR, which is their version of the PP-19 Bizon, out to pasture, giving us a closer look at this new release... "The Genesis VIKTOR The Genesis series is made by Echo1 for a more affordable rifle without sacrifing the internals like other companies do. polymer body and key metal parts to keep the cost down and the same great gearbox like in the TROY M4s.

Bob the Axeman talks about the new release from Echo1 USA which is now in stock at Airsoft GI... "Echo1 just released the brand new M14 Combat Master RIS! This M14 has all the bells and whistles which includes a full metal rail system, full adjustable crane stock with battery compartment, and 2 magazines! Best part is all this is well priced at only $230.00 making it a very bad ass, yet affordable M14 for airsoft players."

Team Blacksheep gives us a video preview of their upgrade project on an Echo1 Troy M4 AEG. They used the Madbull Airsoft Gemtech T2 RAS Kit and and did a tightbore barrel upgrade to improve FPS and of course, the look (with some bits from Strike Industries also included)... "We had an old used Echo1 Troy M4 that was used for CQB and a loaner gun and we wanted to do something with it but now spend a ton of money. So we thought about it and came up with getting a new tightbore barrel and RIS kit.

Team Blacksheep gave us an initial intro video of the Echo1 C.A.P. airsoft pistol before, now here's a closer first look of the soon to be released product... "A great primary is important for a successful day of BB warz. A great primary however, is a necessity that is often overlooked. Whether it’s for clearing tight spaces or a last ditch effort, a good pistol is a must have for all bb warriors.

"Many of us will go to a game and play and have fun but then think 'man if I only was able to shoot more bbs at that guy I would have won', well the 'upgrade bug' in airsoft will get us all an it must be taken care of. Many people will drop a ton of money into their gun with great results while others wish they could do that; college players know what that is like. Sometimes the best way is to slowly upgrade the parts as you go to save money and to see what you really need."

More on the Operation East Rush at Strike Force Sports Airsoft CQB. Team Blacksheep's Brian Holt (also of Echo1 USA) literally is on a rush as he makes a good number of hits during the game. Armed with an Echo1 XCR he charges on with his group and directing them. Overall, they really had a good time visiting New York. Watch the video though you have to bear that the in-game play is in low light conditions.

A quick video review of the upcoming Echo1 CAP CO2/Gas Blowback Pistol by Team Blacksheep. This has a metal slide with a polymer lower. This can take in CO2 and Gas Magazines making it a versatile airsoft pistol that can be used for cold weather conditions. No details yet on when this will be released, so stay tuned for announcements from Echo1.
