Latest announcement from RSOV.com, and this time they're back in business after the Chinese New Year Festivities... "To our friends/valuable customers, The long Chinese New Year Holiday is over and we are backed to work today!!! We have started proceeding orders which were received on January 30 and 31, 2008 at first priority and will keep on the work until we clear all orders during the holiday. We will post the current order proceeding status on first page of rsov.com and update everyday.
Date of orders that we are processing today:
- Jan 30 and Jan 31, 2008
There are over 500 orders stacking up in our warehouse during the holiday so we will need around two weeks time to clear them out and prepare for new orders. Pleaes allow 8-10 business days (Monday to Friday) for your orders to be dispatched. Email us at ' [email protected] ' for cancelation of order if you cannot wait such long.
Also please be patient of our email response as there are so many things happened at the same time just after the holiday.
