An announcement from RSOV.com they made yesterday as an advisory to all their customers... "To our friends / valuable customers; A lot of factories in mainland China have been closed now and ready for their one-month long vacation. They have stopped production and are now selling their in-stock items until mid of February. Their stock is running out quickly due to the huge demand of ACM products worldwide...

- Please understand my team and myself are EXTREMELY busy due to the Chinese new year rush. In order to continuously provide rsov.com excellent services and avoid any delay of your order please kindly read carefully of the statements below:

a) Order payment done on January 14 to January 20, 2008

We will do our best to fill your order and ship ASAP as we did. Due to the mass influx of orders before the rush please understand there will be a few days delay of our team to ship and upload the tracking number to our order tracking system database. Please be patient and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

b) Order payment done on January 21 to January 31, 2008

We can forsee the supply of ACM products will be have problems during the days so we will start doing immediate refund of individual out-of-stock items (include postage) and ship the rest of your order to you. Of couse we will do our best to completely fill your order if possible.

c)  Order payment done from February 01 to February 17, 2008

Very sorry your order will properly be proceed and shipped after the very long holiday so please expect you will have your package on March 2008. If you need to have your package before March please place your order before January 31, 2008. Of couse you may ask for cancellation and full refund of your order if you are not able to wait such long.

d) Order payment done from February 25, 2008 and afterward

Everything will be back to normal.

During the peak session the email response of our general email address ' [email protected] ' will be significantly delayed please kindly accept our sincere apologies.

Our office and warehouse will be closed from February 06 to February 18, 2008 and no emails will be answered during the days.
