Situation:

Since the agreement with the International Revolutionary Council to take governmental control of Katanga- the west has become increasingly concerned over their choice of government & policies.

The agreement was a mutually convienient control on the export of the country's natural resources, however it seems the powers ruling the province have become greedy  and deluded within their own grandure.

The export with western companies has ceased & all links forged with the west have broken down.

The trade links are now with what the UK & US describe as unsavoury buyers.

Although the Congo is a UN sub province & a request for more aid into Katanga by the current government was granted the aid & supplies have been seized by the military of the reigning government.

Mission :

• Western government instruct Strategic solutions to infiltrate the province of Katanga - they will make contact with & train & equip the Kezembe ghurillas to carry out a governmental coup orchestrated by strategic solutions.
• Having recruited, funded &  trained the local militia, strategic solutions agents will oversee the coup.

• To overthrow government & their army using local militia.
• To gain control of the Uranium & radium mining plantations
• To control the diamond & copper mines. & resume export links
•  Obtain  Intel, Identify & capture government military commanders
• To salvage the UN Aid Station & supply warehouse currently under Katanga military control.

In the wake of 9/11 the company’s focus shifted to the Middle East, beginning with several successful operations in Afghanistan, followed by a period under contract to the newly formed Iraqi Government providing security to civilian convoys bringing equipment and materials from Jordan for the rebuilding efforts in Baghdad. In 2006 Strategic Solutions undertook a new contract providing security to a number of key Government installations in and around Kampala, Uganda during the turbulent period surrounding General Azear’s short-lived military coup. With the British Government’s introduction of new legislation in 2007, preventing British PMCs from operating within the same theatres as UK Military Forces, Strategic Solutions withdrew from N’djamena in Chad and returned to their operations in The Russian Federation.
