The long wait is over and finally we will be able to play in the newest airsoft site in Essex, the CAMOcqb Arena. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the partners of CAMO undertook converting the first floor into a CQB site that is guaranteed to ensure high octane airsoft CQB action. The site is located at Canvey Island in Essex, England.

The location is quite easy to find and does have a lot of parking spaces. They have an amazing Airsoft shop which of course is the CAMO shop wherein you can choose from a different array of Airsoft guns ---  from AEGs (automatic electric guns), bolt action sniper rifles and pistols. They also have Airsoft accessories, attachments and equipment that you may need.

CAMOcustom is also onsite and offersupgrade services for any kind of airsoft gun (hit them up for more info). The site has different amenities such as a shooting range (which is my favourite) to zero in your sights; test you guns if they work;  do some target shooting with the AttackSense targets;  a cafe to meet your sustenance and hydration needs; and also very imporantant, very clean toilets.

The arena has a very spacious safe zone and the CQB site itself is approximately 9,500 square feet (882sqm) with loads of rooms, tight spaces & corners and even a tunnel!

Last 15 May, Masterchief and I were invited to play in the site and we had a blast! It has been a while since we’ve played in a proper CQB site as we’re mainly playing at the outdoor airsoft game sites, so we were really looking forward to it. We went through some magnificent games and scenarios and everyone who was there really had  a great time with courteous and honest players who tried the new CQB facility.
