News from the SHOT Show 2016 is about BB Bastard being up for sale. According to Thomas Savage Blackthorne, the company owners are looking for a buyer and have been talking to prospective companies that have a presence at the show. No information yet if there is already an interested buyer. BB Bastard is already an established airsoft BB brand that has a good following amongst airsoft players.
The Gun Collective gives us a look at the AK-50, the anti-materiel rifle that is built with the .50BMG for the AK platform as made by the AK Guy. This rifle uses the 10-round Barrett m82 Magazine, and is being sold at US$6,999.00 which is said to be the most inexpensive .50BMG on the market.
The Late Boy Scout visits the booth of Hazard 4 at the SHOT Show 2016 to find out the latest products from the company. Mixflip has a video of the Battle Arms Development Boba Fett Rifle, one of the three themed rifles made by Battle Arms Development, taken at the SHOT Show 2016. This is a real steel rifle and is a lightweight one. It is a Cerokote coating done by HillBilly223 and the other themes are "300" and "Darth Vader." We wonder if PTS Syndicate will have airsoft version of these as they have an existing license to produce for the airsoft market from the company.
