As a hub for hobby enthusiasts, the Shizuoka Hobby Show brings together Japan's premier brands, showcasing everything from detailed models to the latest in radio-controlled technology. The event is a window into the evolving trends and breakthroughs in the hobby industry.

Tokyo Marui, known for its dominance in the airsoft arena, is stirring up excitement with its secretive approach to the new product launch. Opting out of their usual pre-event teasers, the company has left fans eagerly awaiting the show's commencement for details.

Among the confirmed showcases at Tokyo Marui's booth are the SAIGA-12K and the SAIGA-12 SBS Gas Blowback Shotguns. These additions to their airsoft lineup are creating a buzz and represent a significant innovation in their product range.

For adult airsoft fans, the show offers the chance to experience the "Patriot Plus," an electric gun featuring the novel PLUS system. While specifics are scarce, last year's event required a ticketing system for test-firing sessions due to high demand, hinting at a possible repeat this year.
