"I have trained in force on force with airsoft training guns. I think they are a great way to work on close quarter combat tactics especially related to active shooters.

I have also trained with simunitions which are a type of paint ball ammo used by police and military but they are very expensive and very dirty not to mention unreliable. You can't train in public building and schools with sim rounds unless the hosts are ok with you leaving wet paint everywhere.
