Latest video from the MilSimJunkie is about the Contour Helmet Camera and why he prefers using this as compared to other competitors such as the GoPro Hero Black Edition which can do 4k resolution which is the highest of its kind among helmet cameras and has lots of mounting possibilities. So why does he use the Contour? Watch the video below:
The MilsimJunkie visits this game site and gives us a video tour... "Gamepod Combat Zone (GPCZ) is a 120,000 sq. foot indoor airsoft field complete with streets, courtyards, hotels, jail, and even a plane. Its located in Antioch, California and upon entering the field you immediately find out how large it is. I had the pleasure of attending soft-opening weekend and from the start I couldn't grasp on exactly how large it is.
New review from Arwin, aka The MilSimJunkie... "The crazy guys of the MSJ-SPT (MilSimjunkie Special Projects Team) took an idea I had and started to run with it. What they mounted for this build was the 12.5" PRI GEN III Round Rail. This gun was a pleasure to run on the field and only made me want to build on this project more."
This is good footage put together by the MilSimJunkie as he joined a game that was held at CQB City last 09 February 2013. Some good airsoft action are seen in this video so better enjoy this 10:40 video.. "Pleasant day for airsoft. Had the aid of another cameraman so hopefully we got the majority of the gameplay that day. Enjoy!"
The Harlem Shake bug has bit the airsoft scene as MilsimJunkie does his own version of the shake after Evike.com posted theirs... "Seems that the 'Harlem Shake' videos went viral. My friends over at Evike did their Official Airsoft version and I did this as my addition to the countless remakes. Check out Evikes hilarious rendition."
MilSimJunkie got to visit the booth of Strike Industries during the SHOT Show and he shows us some of the products we are also interested in such as the AK Rear Sight Rail... "Strike Industries iPhone cases is probably what most of you are familiar with. However, they do make ton of weapon accessories that can crossover into the airsoft market.
The MilSimJunkie just uploaded a new review yesterday, and he covers the Elite Force M4 CQC... "This is the Elite Force M4 CQC. It's compact design allows it to be a force to be reckoned with on the field. At an overall length (collapsed) of 23 inches this makes it one of the shortest M4 aegs I have used in my airsoft career. Combine that with rock solid internals and such a sweet trigger and this thing is AMAZING.
Not exactly Vlog No. 3 for the MilSim Junkie but at least you he gets to have his hands on the KWA KRISS Vector GBB during his SoCal Tour with friends... "I stopped by to chat it up with KWA Allen and we went over the new Kriss Vector including disassembly and over his very nice KWA LM4 PTR GBBR. In the background you hear the near KWA CQR being demonstrated for stress. That thing is FAST!"
