I have to say that, personally, this might be the best thing on display at the SHOT Show 2012 that most of our friends from the airsoft media who were there missed. This DoubleStar Corp Zombie-X AK with Chain Saw is something I want replicated, or even just created as a custom airsoft gun as long as it comes with Chain Saw.

According to Pistol Pete who informed us of this and provided the YouTube link, the Zombie X (Exterminator) is an AK rifle that has a specially mounted Chainsaw at the front of the rifle (where else?) which is powered and switched on with a battery pouch attached to the butt of the rifle. It has a drum magazine that comes with the biohazard symbol, and I have to say, with its tan color and mounted with two optic sights plus the chain saw, it really looks badass. The first optic sight is a Primary Arms Red Dot mounted on top of the front rail and the EOTech Biohazard Holosight XPS2-Z.

Unfortunately, this custom Zombie-X AK with Chain Saw is not for sale and is just a nice concept gun for post-apocalyptic fans. If you want to build one yourself, I highly suggest using the Beta Project Magpul Tactical AK AEG which has the proper color and build.

If airsoft skirmish site owners would allow me to use this during airsoft games, I'll be more than happy to rampage all over the game site hunting for airsoft zombies. They better watch out, their days are numbered when this becomes available for airsoft players like me. BWAHAHA! :)
