We might be past the second half of the 2013 but that shouldn't be a problem for S.O. Tech as they release te 2013 Catalog for their military line. As always you can check all their milspec products ranging from pouches, to mission system panels, to their Chest Rig, especially the BLOCS Gen 4. It's a 45-page catalog so that's a lot of products to go over.
