"The long Chinese New Year holiday started today our store is closed until Feb 18, 2008 !!! To our friends / valuable customers,  In addition to our previous store announcement on Feb 01, 2008 here are some important notices:

We have stopped shipping orders that paid / fund cleared after Jan 31, 2008 until Feb 18, 2008. If you are not able to wait such long please email us at  ' [email protected] ' together with your order number then we will issue the refund accordingly before Feb 06, 2008.

Although we have been working very hard day and night trying to clear all orders that were placed before Feb 01 we still are not able to complete some orders that were placed on Jan 30 and Jan 31. We are very sorry for the troubles and inconvenience caused. As a serious and responsible store here is what we are going to do on those orders :

a) We will send an email to you if your order cannot be processed nd ship before the holiday.
b) You may ask for a full refund of your order and I will do the refund in couple of days during the holidays / or
c) We will issue 5% refund of your order material total as our sincere apologies if you accept we proceed your order and the refund after the holiday.

Very sorry again for all the troubles please accept our sincere apologies. The heavy snow in mainland China during the holiday rush made things worse ...

Please note we are not able to answer any emails in all our company email addresses so ALL emails being sent to us from Feb 06 to Feb 17, 2008 will not be / not able to be answered and will be ALL DELETED. So please send your email after February 18, 2008.

As we can foresee after we are back to work on Feb 18, 2008 we will have to process hundreds of orders that have stacked up during the holidays. So please kindly understand the situation and allow 6-10 business days of your order to be dispatched.
