CTW Reformation Barrel - Crowned Triangular Ported Barrel

OptimusPrime

New product from Celcius Technology made specially for the CTW... "Crowning does affect the accuracy. It should be done carefully; otherwise a gun will not hold tight consistent groups. The crown is very important to the accuracy, the land and groove part of the barrel must let the BB exit evenly all the way around. When the CTW is fired, air escapes uniformly and evenly around the ported and crowned barrel.

Porting, which refers to the addition of holes that are precision-drilled into the forward part of the barrel gives better accuracy for your CTW. The concept applies the Law of Newton. Every time that a particle affects a force on another particle, it affect a force with the same magnitude in the opposite direction.

Triangular Porting consists of adding holes near end of inner barrel. Normally there are only one or two sides which are ported. CELCIUS has done some researches and successfully increased the accuracy by making a triangular ported barrel. These holes are precision-drilled along the precise triangular sides of the barrel by a highly experience gunsmith (don't try to drill it yourself if you are not a professional gunsmith). Prior to the departure of the BB, some of the air will escape through the port holes, rather than through the muzzle. Since the port holes are near the end of the inner barrel, there is virtually no effect upon the speed.

We would like to thanks to the customers who trust us and made a purchase of the first batch of CTW. All customers who already purchased an early version of CTW (CTW with serial number 0090401001 to 0090401100), will get this new "Reformation Barrel" for FREE.

Special thanks to 'The Crimson Falcon' for the suggestion of crowning & porting the barrel.

Best regards,

Celcius Team"
