Texas Weapon Systems (TWS) has proudly announced the completion of their journey to create the ultimate AK, the IK-100 series. These rifles, also known as the Improved Kalashnikov or IK series, embody the company's vision of the ultimate AK platform.

The IK-100 series is a modernized version of the AK, boasting a range of updates that bring the rifle into the 21st century. These updates include unparalleled modularity and adjustability, giving the user a competitive advantage in any situation. The rifle also features ample rail space for mounting any accessories required for specific missions.

The proprietary 6-position adjustable gas block and TWS profile barrel with a 5/8-24 threaded muzzle make suppression easy. To ensure optimal speed and accuracy, the rifle is equipped with a CMC match trigger and a Krebs Custom enhanced selector.

These modern features are built on a Sharps Brothers MB-47 milled receiver, guaranteeing maximum rigidity and reliability.

This updated AK pattern rifle features a 16.1" barrel and is ready for optics (sights not included) and suppressors (suppressor not included). It also includes an adjustable M4 type buttstock and a full-length flat top picatinny rail. This 922r compliant rifle is proudly made in the USA.

The IK103, the first in the series, costs $2,300.00 and is sold via Primary Arms. We have no idea if it will be licensed for airsoft use.
