Gone are the days of cumbersome reloading. The Mod.2 sports an ergonomic Pro-Lifter, making shell swaps a breeze even in the heat of the moment. Its aggressive knurled forend ensures a rock-solid grip, while the M-Lok slots offer limitless customization options for lights, lasers, and other tactical additions.

The Mod.2's heart beats with the B-LINK gas operating system. This system ensures lightning-fast cycling with a variety of loads, minimizing recoil and maximizing follow-up shots. Whether facing clays in the field or breaching doors in a crisis, the Mod.2 delivers unwavering performance.

The shotgun is packed with key features. These include an adjustable ghost ring rear sight and removable front blade sight, a seven-slot 1913 Picatinny optics mounting rail, and an 18.5-inch chrome-lined barrel with a flush OCHP choke. The shotgun also boasts an extended bolt handle and bolt release, as well as an aggressive texture on the forend and stock grip for improved control.

The Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod.2 operates on a semi-automatic gas system and uses an OCHP, Flush choke system. It is available in several finish options, including Black Synthetic, FDE, ODG, and Gray. The stock and forend are synthetic and checkered. The shotgun features a 1/2-inch, Microcore recoil pad, an oversized, reversible crossbolt safety, and a semi-flat tactical trigger. The receiver is crafted from 7075-T6 Aluminum. The magazine can accommodate 7 rounds, with the option to extend capacity using a mag extension. The length-of-pull is 13 inches, the barrel length is 18.5 inches, and the overall length is 37.8 inches. The pistol version weighs 6.8 pounds, while the standard version weighs 6.7 pounds.

The official launch of the 1301 Tactical Mod.2 is set to take place at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas. However, Beretta has already begun shipping the pistol grip and straight stock versions in Black and FDE this month. Pricing will depend on the models that users will choose.
