Wolves of War

How will a group of strangers be able to pull off a rescue mission behind enemy lines? In a movie that will be released via Video-on-Demand (VOD) on 13 September, "Wolves of War", is a movie about a bunch of commandos in World War II who undertake a mission to rescue an American scientist in Bavaria near the end of the war to prevent the Nazis from developing an atom bomb.

The Allied commando team is led by a British officer on his last impossible mission. With the Nazi Germany being pushed back and on the verge of defeat, being able to win the race to develop the atomic bomb will turn their fortunes around and defeat the Allied powers.

The trailer was released by Blue Fox Entertainment almost a week ago, with just less than a month before its release.

Not much is written about the production of the movie, with the exception of the announcement in June 2021 via Deadline that Ed Westwick of “Gossip Girl”, Matt Willis “Allies” & Rupert Graves (Sherlock) to be starring in the movie. The movie is directed by Giles Alderson (“Arthur & Merlin: Knights of Camelot”) with Lucinda Rhodes Thakrar and Jeet Thakrar of Picture Perfect as producers.

Also joining the cast are  Éva Magyar (“Let Me Go”) and Anastasia Martin.

The world sales of the movie will be handled by Blue Fox Entertainment whilst Signature Entertainment taking care of sales in the UK & Ireland and Australia & New Zealand. The movie is already now already on pre-order at Sky Store in the UK and can be ordered as a VOD for £9.99. For viewers with other countries they can check with their video-on-demand service provider for pricing and availability.
