Double Eagle releases its own bolt action sniper rifle in the form of the L96. This is not the same as the recently released Well L96 Gas-powered BASR as the Double Eagle is mainly spring-powered just like the old Well and AGM versions. It fires 280fps out of the box and the package comes with a  scope, bipod, sling, scope mounts, speed loader, magazine, and sling, making it a full sniper package. It is introduced at a discounted price of US$61.19 at RSOV.com.

To make your lives easier in gettin getting the A&K SVD Dragunov Sniper Rifle, Airsoft Panda is now offering a package which includes the SVD rifle scope (Chinese made). For this package, you can get it at US$142, shipping costs not included. This is compatible with the Atoz Dragunov, and not the Real Sword SVD AEG, which means it's a cocking rifle. This seems to be a copy of the Maruzen APS-SR2, though we cannot tell if it's the regular version of the long range version. Something to consider if you want another rifle separate from the usual VSR-10 and L96 airsoft sniper rifles. Besides it's cheap at a discounted price of US$42.29, shipping not included still.

More variety for the Well G96D AW .338 Sniper Rifle which is now available in Tan, as previously, it is available on Olive Drab. This package comes with a 3-9x40 scope and bipod, so something to start your airsoft sniping career quickly. Tokyo Marui has posted latest details of their new L96 Arctic Warfare Series (AWS) which has become an iconic rifle among airsoft players due to its design and ease of use. This is a bolt-action rifle with the magazine just located just near the trigger. The bolt sleeve, handle, and receiver are completely new, with the scope mount base able to take in 20mm mounts. The magazine can take in 40 6mm bbs and weighs 3.2kg.
