SpyraTwo Water Gun

Ssshhh!!! Before you read this story, better not tell the Australian police about this new product as they might require it to be registered as a firearm just like what happened to Nerf and Gel Blasters.

It’s summer and it’s hot. We know that you prefer bringing out your airsoft gun to the field but we highly recommend that you bring a backup gun in case it just gets too hot out there and you need to cool down. In this case, bring a water gun or a super soaker if you want to call it that way and have fun shooting your mates and soak them.

If money is not an object and you want a high performing water gun, then we recommend the SpyraTwo. SpyraTwo is the second generation water gun following the successfully crowdfunded Spyra One. The Spyra One has an effective range of 7.5 metres with maximum range of 12 metres. It is battery operated and has a capacity of 25 “water bullets” with a full tank. Each “water bullet” is 30ml which is equivalent to a shot glass. It also comes with a battery indicator showing the battery level and the ammo level. To fill the water tank, it has an automatic water pump that will fill the tank in 14 seconds, no need for longer and tiring hand pumping to fill the tank.

With SpyraTwo, the features have been improved massively but with one lowdown, the capacity is lower at 20 water bullets from a full tank. With that aside, it fires faster, has an effective range 9.14 metres and a maximum effective range of 14 metres. It the pump motor is less noisy now as compared to the Spyra One. A new feature is the Power Shot, which when you hold the trigger for three seconds will send a 46 feet/9 metre water blast.

When you’re out of ammo, you can quickly fill your tank in 12 seconds provided there is a water source nearby. It has a tactical display showing the tank volume, how many shots left, and battery power so you can plan when you need to fill up again. To charge battery, it has a USB-C port, ready to be charged on the spot if you have a powerbank.

The SpyraTwo is a hot a item for water gun enthusiast and the pre-order batch was immediately sold out upon release. You will have to wait until July when regular sales start to place an order. You can select between two colours and you can have a single SpyraTwo or the two-gun “Duel” SpyraTwo so you can dual wield.

The good thing is that you can shoot your mates everywhere since it is a water gun, so you won’t alarm the neighbours or the general public that will require a police response when playing with the SpyraTwo, unless you’re in Australia. But that’s me being cheeky.

You can check the SpyraTwo at the official website to learn more.
