SEAL Team Season 6

If you haven’t noticed yet, the official trailer for Season 6 of “SEAL Team” has been posted on YouTube on ten days ago. With a scheduled first episode of the season set to stream on the 18th of September, fans of the series are anticipating what will happen to Special Warfare Operator Second Class Clay Spenser played by Max Thieriot as it is speculated that he will soon be leaving the series.

The TV series follows Bravo Team, a sub-unit of the United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU) or SEAL Team 6 as it undertakes missions around the globe at a moment’s notice.

Season 5 ended with team being ambushed while on covert mission in Mali and the Season 6 trailer gives some clues that Spenser survived the ambush but was recovering at hospital. Clay was planning to take some time away from the team and looking to moving to the Green Team so he’ll be nearer to his family.

The question is will Clay be remaining in the series with just a few episodes in season 6 as Bravo Team goes on missions without him. As an actor, Thieriot will be appearing on a new CBS series called “Fire Country” so it might probably be understandable if he won’t be on Season 7 of “SEAL Team”.

Season 6 will see Bravo Team operating in Syria and a new member joins them. Omar Hamza is a senior chief who has 15 years under his belt as a Navy SEAL and is played by Raffi Barsoumian. Being a son of Syrian immigrants he will probably being guiding the team on the lay of the land they are operating in.

“SEAL Team” was moved to the Paramount+ video-on-demand/streaming service after the first four episodes of on CBS and it was the most watched series on the service. It requires subscription in order to watch the series.
