By Pasyal from ACM Games: A&K M4 CQB

It's been quite a while since A&K released their maiden product, the ever popular M4 S-System. This model has placed A&K in front when it comes to ACM guns. They made a complete clone of one of Marui's exclusive model and improved on it more by removing the infamous "barrel wobble" seen on the original S-System. But now with new models coming out from JG and Boyi, A&K has to do something to maintain that competitive edge over the other companies. Thus, they release the M4 series. But we'll focus more on the CQB.

The Classic Army FN SCAR-L CQC

I had a JLS FN SCAR-L, but after checking it out of the box, made my tests, and looked at the internals, I decided to return it  due to its crappy worksmanship. So I hurried off to Airsoft Armoury and got a better one: the Classic Army (CA) SCAR-L. This is a better version in fact, and sometimes being second to releasing the FN SCAR airsoft version sometimes pays off. Now, G&G, VFC, and STAR are also coming out with their own versions.

A&K M249 MK2 Review from Action Hobbys

Editor's Note: This is published here with kind permission from ActionHobbys, which as of this posting, is accepting pre-orders for the A&K M249 MK1, MK2, and Para variants.  All pictures taken here are taken from the ActionHobby's web site. We believe it is Paul of ActionHobbys who wrote this review so all full-credits of this review belong to him and ActionHobbys.

CYMA CM.030: Low Cost Glock 18c AEP version

If you're looking for a backup gun, look no further. The CYMA CM.030 (Glock18c) is what you'll ever need. A Tokyo Marui Glock18c clone, it fits the bill when you need a weapon in case your primary AEG breaks down or gets kicked out due to having higher fps limits than your local site would allow.

TM M-14: A Great Rifle to be With

To all you Full-Metal Jacket fans out there! A trivia question: what were the marine recruits holding on their right arms when they were shouting these lines?:

"This is my rifle. This is my gun. This is for fighting. This is for fun."

Going Bullpup? Try Tokyo Marui's FN P90 (Version 6)

If you don't want to be called a me too in bringing another MP5 Airsoft SMG to your CQB skirmishes, try going bullpup. Bullpups have the power of assault rifles while maintaining a shorter profile enabling you to go around tight spots in rooms and corners inside CQB sites.

DBoys M4 CASV: Great ACM

I think it is not making a good service to good Chinese airsoft makers to categorize their products under the “low end” section since in terms of performance, they can hold on their own against Japanese/Hong Kong/Taiwanese brands. I suggest that they be called LPHPs (Low Priced High Performance), as used by Airsoft Scotland.

Jing Gong Steyr AUG

Here it is, my long awaited STEYR AUG by JG (JING GONG of China). After a long delay due to my order's coincidence with the Chinese New Year, it has finally arrived. I still have to field test this in the warzone so meanwhile here's a visual review.

Out Of The Box

DBoys Full Metal M4 CQB SOPMOD First Impressions

First, a big thank you to Keith of RSOV... as usual, excellent service.

This is the first FULL METAL ACM I have ever bought. Ever since I bought the JG AUG from RSOV, I just can't stop my self from acquiring more. But these days, the ACMs are sprouting like mushrooms, so we got to be careful with what we buy --- some may look good and sell cheap but maybe C-R-A-P in more ways than one.
